- 上午 8:00 —— cron 调度器触发你的任务
- Hermes 启动一个新的 Agent 会话，并使用你的提示词
- Web 搜索拉取你关注主题的最新新闻
- 摘要流程将其提炼成清晰的简报格式
- 投递流程将简报发送到你的 Telegram 或 Discord

开始之前，请确保你已经具备：
